This policy explains what LastLook collects when you use the service, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the marketplace and this website.

Account and organisation information: your name, work email address, telephone number, role, and the organisation you belong to.

Operational information: the aircraft your organisation declares, the trips a broker publishes, and the bids an operator submits, together with the documents attached to them.

Technical information: log records, IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit, collected so the service can be operated and secured.

To provide the marketplace — to match trips to qualified operators, to carry bids to the broker who published the trip, and to notify the parties of an award.

To verify eligibility, to keep the service secure, to support you when you ask, and to meet our legal obligations.

With the other party to a transaction: a broker sees the bids submitted on its own trip, and the awarded operator is given the broker’s contact details. Bids stay sealed — no operator is shown another operator’s price, the number of bids, or its position among them.

With service providers who host, secure and support the platform under contract, and where the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work — signing you in and keeping your session secure — and a small number that help us understand how the site is used.

We keep information for as long as an account is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.

You can update most of your own details from your account settings at any time.

The service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed there under appropriate safeguards.

LastLook is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect, and the date above always records the current version.
