Acceptable Use
Last updated 29 September 2026
This policy sets out what LastLook may and may not be used for. It applies to everyone who uses the service on behalf of a broker or an operator, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to every organisation with access to LastLook and to every person who uses the service on its behalf, including through an API key or another integration. An organisation is responsible for the conduct of the people it gives access to.
If this policy and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
2. Real trips and real bids
A broker may publish only a trip that it has confirmed with a customer. A trip must not be published to test prices, to gather market information, or for any purpose other than seeking a genuine bid.
An operator may bid only on a trip it is willing and able to operate, at the price and on the terms stated in its bid, with an aircraft it is authorised to operate under its Part 135 certificate.
The information you give us about your organisation, its certificate, its aircraft and its people must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
3. Sealed and independent bidding
Bids on LastLook are sealed. You must not try to learn another operator’s price, whether a trip has other bids, or where a bid stands among them, whether through the service or outside it.
Each operator must decide for itself whether to bid and at what price. Agreeing or coordinating bids with another operator, or sharing bid information with one, is prohibited, and may also break competition law.
4. Aviation responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the aviation laws and regulations that apply to you. LastLook does not operate aircraft, and the awarded Part 135 certificate holder operates every flight arranged through the service.
The service must not be used to offer or arrange a flight that the operating certificate holder is not authorised to conduct, or to present anyone other than that certificate holder as the operator of a flight.
5. Other people’s information
Contact details and other information you receive through LastLook, such as a broker’s details given to an awarded operator, may be used only for the trip they relate to and in line with the law that applies to them. They must not be used to send marketing that the recipient has not agreed to receive, and must not be sold or disclosed to anyone except as needed to arrange and operate that trip.
You must not submit information about another person unless you are entitled to share it for the purpose for which you submit it.
6. Accounts and access
Each person must use their own account. Do not share a password or a one-time sign-in code, and do not let anyone else use the service through your account. Keep API keys secret and use them only for your own organisation’s systems.
Remove access promptly for anyone who leaves your organisation or no longer needs it, and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you believe an account, a sign-in code or an API key has been exposed or used without authorisation.
7. Protecting the service
You must not probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities except as our Security page allows, bypass or try to bypass any access control or rate limit, or access information that belongs to another organisation.
You must not collect content from the service by automated means, except through an API we have issued to you and within the limits we set; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction; introduce malicious code; or place an unreasonable load on the service.
8. Integrations and alerts outside LastLook
Where you connect LastLook to another tool, or send its alerts somewhere else, such as your email, a messaging workspace or your own systems, you are responsible for who can see them there. Trip and bid information that leaves LastLook this way remains subject to this policy.
9. Content you submit
Content you submit, including documents attached to your organisation, its aircraft or its bids, must be accurate and yours to share. It must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing, and must not contain malicious code.
10. Unlawful use
You must not use LastLook to break the law, including laws on sanctions and export controls, bribery, fraud, privacy and electronic marketing, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
11. How we enforce this policy
We may investigate a suspected breach of this policy. Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may remove or disable content, restrict features, or suspend or end access, as the Terms of Service allow.
Where the law requires it, or where the safety of a flight or of any person may be at risk, we may also report the matter to the relevant authorities.
12. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing LastLook, write to [email protected]. To report a security vulnerability, follow the process on our Security page.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect, and the date above always records the current version.
